"Criollo" Delight
Natierra made another discovery in the Amazon rainforest: "Criollo". Upon the discovery we wondered what it was at first. Well it is the rarest and finest variety of cacao. Its aroma is strong and it has a subtle bittersweet taste.
As we love to discover new delightsfrom Natierra, we were really happy to learn that these Rainforest cacao beans make a delicious cacao powder. We can assure you that Natierra chose only the best "Criollo" cacao beans and that these are harvested under organic methods. Whether you like it as a hot or cold beverage, or even for baking, it still keeps all of the healthy properties of cacao: iron, dietary fiber and antioxidants.
