Suggested Use:

Pull douche stem out of bulb and wash both pieces with warm soapy water and rinse.

Add 8 oz of warm water into bulb. Open one capsule of Candida Freedom into water. Connect stem and shake well.

Gently insert stem into your vagina, no more than 3 inches. Squeeze slowly until bulb is empty. Douching solution should flow freely out of vagina.

Use while standing in the shower or tub or while on the toilet.

Rinse device well with warm soapy water and allow to air dry.
