Turkey Rhubarb is indigenous to China and Tibet and grows significantly larger than the garden variety of Rhubarb used in pies. The tea is made from the long, tapering branched roots of the Turkish Rhubarb. This variety of rhubarb is now cultivated in North America and is used in many herbal combinations.
