Last week, I ordered your Kid Kare sun block on line. This is a very important product to me because my son is allergic to all other sun blocks. Faithfully, each year, our family goes to Disney World in Orlando, Fl. and this is where we will usually pick up our summer supply of your products. Unfortunately, this year we will not be going until August which forced us to order the product on line so we could get my son through the summer months. When we received the order, we had received the wrong item. I really panicked, knowing that my son had 3 baseball games that weekend, and we were to get 3 solid days of sun, heat and humidity. I called your 800# and spoke to a women, sadly I forget her name, and explained the situation. Needless to say, the correction was made and the right sun block was delivered to my house at 11am the next morning!"
