Garcinia Mangostana L, commonly called Mangosteen, is a Southeast Asian fruit known in Ayurveda for its high level of antioxidants and rejuvinating properties. It is the rind of the Mangosteen that provides the greatest health benefits. Ojio Mangosteen extract is derived solely from this nutritious rind through cold-water extraction.
Mangosteen is also known for its high level of antioxidants known as Xanthones that may help rejuvenate the body and adapt it to potential stressors.
Ayurvedic practitioners typically recommend a course of herbs, healthy foods and meditation to maintain or restore an individual’s unique energetic balance. The regimen may include Ayurvedic herbs given to aid in cleansing the body of toxins, followed by nourishing herbs intended to bring the body back into balance.
While serving sizes vary, it is recommended that each person start with as little as 1/8 tsp. to see how your body reacts and increase carefully over time. It is also recommended that you consult your physician before introducing Ayurvedic herbs into your diet.

Directions for Use: 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon daily as tolerated can easily be mixed in water, or added to capsules.
