What is Kapha?
Kapha body-types are characterized by their large body frames, well-developed physiques and propensity towards weight gain. They have an abundance of the earth and water elements in their constitution and naturally possess physical qualities that are cold, wet, heavy and slow. To achieve balance, Kapha body-types require specific foods and botanicals that possess the opposite qualities warm, dry, light and active. Internal balance is the foundation for whole-body health.
All-in-One Kapha-Balancing Formula
The herbs in this formula are traditionally used to promote balance in Kapha body-types. This formula can be used year-round by individuals with a Kapha constitution. It can also be used by any body-type during the winter and early spring months, or by individuals that may be experiencing temporary symptoms of Kapha imbalance (including sinus issues, excessive mucus, respiratory issues, weight gain, water retention, etc).
