What is B-6?
B-6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), provided by Douglas Labs, is from the B-family of vitamins. It is water-soluble and important to more than 100 enzyme reactions in the body. Pyridoxine HCL is mostly related to the metabolism of amino acids and proteins, but is also involved in the production of hemoglobin in red blood cells and neurotransmitters like serotonin. A deficiency of B6 is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies.
Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 tablet daily or as directed by physician.
