Ayur-Triphala by Douglas Labs provides 75 mg of Triphala for general health support. Triphala is a powder mixture of equal proportions of dried fruits from three plants, namely: Terminolia chebula (Heroda) family Combretaceae, Terminalia belerica (Bahera) family Combretaceae, and Emblica officinalis (Amla) family Eurphorbiaceae.
