What is Ayur-Ashwaganda?
Ayur-Ashwaghanda also known as Withania somnifera or Indian Ginseng is thought to increase the body's resistance to biological and chemical stresses, and thus stimulate a person's general vitality, both physical and emotional. A class of compounds known as withanolides is thought to contribute to ashwaghanda's beneficial effects on the mind and body.
Ashwaghanda contains significant amounts of amino acids arginine and ornithine which are necessary for proper nervous system function. Ashwaghanda may also stimulate thyroid function by enhancing serum T4 concentration.
Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 capsule daily or as directed by physician.
Each Capsule Contains:
Ashwaganda 300 mg.

Standardized to 1.5% Withanolides and 1% Alkaloids
