There are 48 one-teaspoon applications with 30 mg of micronized natural progesterone USP per application plus a standardized bio-available herbal complex for PMS, menopause and adrenal exhaustion. Two pumps of creme provides 30 mg of micronized natural progesterone USP.
Diection:Apply 3 pumps of Creme to apply to thin-skinned areas with the least amount of hair (back of the knees, inner arms, neck, upper chest).
Premenopausal: Apply daily 2 pumps for 14 days beginning on the 12th day after the period starts. Use additional creme if needed.Stop. Repeat monthly.
Postmenopausal: Apply 3 pumps of creme daily for 21 consecutive days in the month. Use additional creme and more days if needed. Repeat monthly.
Men: Apply 1 pump(1/3 tsp) of creme daily.
Migraines: Apply 1 to 2 Pumps every 3 to 4 hours until symptoms subside.
