Wet hair completely. Massage one teaspoon of Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo Hair Treatment into the scalp and comb it through to the ends of the hair. Leave on for 15 minutes or more. Then wash with hot water and shampoo. Rinse and repeat if necessary.
