Our fresh product does not have a grassy taste like other Flax products and has a shelf life of thirteen months prior to opening. Only one tablespoon of Flax Lignan Gold is needed to meet daily Omega-3 needs.
Suggested Use:
One tablespoon daily.
This product is stable at room temperature, however it is kept refrigerated in our warehouse for extra freshness. It does NOT require refrigeration until it is opened.
